Warranty Coverage

All Atrend enclosures are proudly built in the USA and backed by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to items purchased directly from www.atrendusa.com.

Important Notes

  • All Atrend product listings include complete dimensional data to help ensure proper fitment before purchase.
  • Buyer's remorse (ordering the wrong size, model, or fit) does not qualify as a warranty claim.
  • Customers experiencing buyer’s remorse are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds are issued after inspection confirming that the product is returned in original, undamaged condition.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Improper installation or resulting damage to other components
  • Exposure to moisture, excessive heat, chemical cleaners, or UV radiation
  • Negligence, misuse, accidents, or abuse
  • Repeated returns for the same issue (may be considered abuse)
  • Removal or reinstallation costs
  • Speakers damaged from amplifier clipping or distortion
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Tampered or missing barcode labels or serial numbers
  • Return shipping on non-defective items

Shipping Damage & Route Protection

If an enclosure arrives damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery. Failure to report shipping damage within this period voids the warranty.

Important: Customers who choose not to purchase Route Package Protection at checkout acknowledge that any shipping damage or loss claim will not be covered under warranty. Route provides full protection against loss, theft, or damage in transit.

To file a damage claim, email marketing@atrendusa.com with clear photos of the packaging and product damage.


Return Procedure

  • Depending on the warranty type, customers may be responsible for return shipping to Atrend.
  • All returns must include the original receipt or invoice.
  • Once received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed promptly.
